Our home care support service  is for children and young people (0-18yrs ) and (Adults 18-65yrs plus with complex disabilities including:

•  Learning Disabilities / Autism

• Associated Mental Health Needs

• Behavioural Challenges

• Eating Disorders

• Sensory Impairment

• Physical Disabilities

We know how important it is for you to be able to choose where to live, who to live with and what you do everyday. You may want to live on your own or share a place with others. Support time can vary from a few hours a week or up to full-time support from our fully trained staff who will be on hand to help you carry out all tasks throughout the day for round-the-clock confidence.​

We provide expert-tailored support and care depending on the your placement needs and objectives whether it's shopping for food, decorating your home, taking part in activities in your community, enjoying creative or physical activity. We will support you to express your preferences and make them happen.

Individuals will have an allocated key worker to help them become more independent, develop and maintain social contacts and lead an active life .
